Great book. I bought it as a precursor for going on this weight loss program.

I'm not sure why everyone that is challenged with weight issues doesn't do this! Can't wait to get started.

If you are new at what actual healthy food is and only eat junk, this book is for you. He does add this own way of thinking to this diet.

I strongly believe in eating whole organic foods so I already new a lot of what he was saying. But I didn't have the break down of the HCG Phases which he does have in there.

He also has A&Q section in this book. Good book over all
