The Wagner Power Products 503008 HT 1000 1,200-Watt Heat Gun is a great tool to have at home or on the job due to how versatile it is at handling so many different needs. This heat gun has a basic purpose where it can be used for simple projects like thawing out pipes that have frozen (use the lowest setting so pipes don’t thaw too fast), removing paint or getting up floor tiles.

One cautionary note is that you don’t want to hold the gun still while you’re using it.
Keep it moving so the heat flow isn’t concentrated on one area. This can damage the area you’re working on.
