Today video marketing is huge, and when you add in to the mix that Google now owns YouTube, then it only makes sense to add videos to your marketing endeavors.
You definitely don’t have to get fancy when it comes to video. Keep to the adage, that simple is best and you will do just fine.
Videos can really work well to help drive customers to your website and to convert more visitors into paying customers.
While keeping it simple is the best way to attack this concept, you still need to do things correctly.
With smartphones having quality cameras, you don’t really need lots of pricey equipment either.
You can easily shoot a video with your smartphone and quickly upload it to YouTube or host it directly on your website.
If you plan on doing lots of video, then you may want to invest in a dedicated camera for this purpose.
Along with a camera, you may want to purchase a tripod and a good microphone. This will also depend on what type of videos you are planning on creating and the topic of these videos.
There is no need to get intimidated by the thought of creating a video.
If you are camera shy, then you don’t have to appear personally on the video. You can have someone else appear on screen, or you can create a video that contains photos and images.
Just don’t let your fear of video stop you from marketing your online business with this powerful concept.
One concept to keep in mind is that you want your videos to be appealing to your viewers. Your goal is to have them watch your entire video, and then comment and share the video with their friends and business associates.
Always check that your audio is clear and that your video is good. You want to ensure that everyone can hear what you are saying and see what you are demonstrating.
While you don’t want to stammer or stutter or fill your videos with lots of ‘um’ all the way through, when this does happen it shows that you are human.
Plus, remember that as you get more accustomed to shooting video, your stammers will lessen.
If you are totally camera shy, then ask a friend or business associate to be the person who is featured in the video.
Just make sure that you have an outline or script in place for them. This way you know that your main points will be covered, and that they will stay on topic.
Try to keep your videos fairly short, around 3 to 5 minutes is a great goal. You are shooting a video commercial not a long course, so short and sweet is the way to go.
Once your video is complete, make sure you include the URL of your website in your video description. You may even want to include it on the last portion of your video too.
Include your keywords in your title, tags and description to help your video rank quickly and get you more views.

"You are a life Saver!!
I recently discovered this site and I can tell you that my life has not been the same. I now come here EVERYDAY and spend at least 1 hour.
I used to spend that time browsing online fashion and beauty
magazine which just means that I spend more. Now I have replaced that
habit with coming here.
In future I will think about contributing articles as well. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!! and God bless"
