Natural Home Remedies: Rough Coughs


Honey makes another appearance and don't be surprised to see it crop up from time to time.

It's kind of a magical elixir! When you are plagued with a cough, everything seems worse.

Your throat gets dry, your lungs ache, your body hurts, it's common to bruise a rib from hacking so often, and it leaves you with a pounding headache.

There really is nothing worse.
