You can still eat regular foods, though you need to follow the plan and eat only the items recommended for it to be successful.
A definite perk of using the hCG diet is that once the weight is gone, most people are able to keep it off.
This sets it apart from many of the other fad diets out there that promise you will drop 20 pounds in one week.
Even if that were possible, the rapid pace of the loss is likely to lead to you regaining the weight.
