If you are looking for How to Balance Mind Body Spirit for a happier and healthier life, you need to look at your lifestyle and your habits.
To achieve the ideal balance in your triad of health and wellbeing you need to learn good habits that become the foundation for a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
All people have habits; some are good while others are bad. Good habits are worth maintaining and honing, but bad habits should be out of your system.
Habits have the power to mold your personality and direct the outcome of your life.
If you give in to more of the bad habits, you will achieve less in life and always fee a bit 'out of whack' with yourself and your goals as you are simply not achieving the ideal Mind Body Spirit balance.
However, if you succeed to maintain and develop good habits, then you will feel the benefits immediately and start to enjoy a constant sense of synergy in the daily events of your life.
Good habits are developed consciously and the following are some techniques that will help you do just that:
Identify your habits.
To be able to develop good habits, you have to identify all the habits that you have; may it be good or bad.
Write them down and classify them accordingly, and then design a good way to get rid of the bad and accentuate the good. This is where it will all begin.
Write out a plan. While it is good that you know what you are doing, it is better if you write them down.
This will serve as a guide that will help you; and you can always refer to it, when you lose your way.
Focus on modifying or developing only one habit at a time.
If you are having trouble sticking and remembering one good habit, then focus on them one at a time.
For instance, if you want to start a habit of moisturizing your skin on a daily basis, focus on that first before you decide to do the whole skin grooming regimen.
It is not easy get used to something, so take it slow, and watch things blossom.
Be consistent.
Starting a good habit is not easy, neither is getting rid of a bad habit, but once you have started, you should just keep at it.
Many people try to begin something but fail on maintaining constancy. They forget their goals in the middle of the journey and sometimes end up dropping the whole thing altogether. Even if it is hard, keep at it.
Even if you don’t feel like doing it today, push yourself to do it. Do not give up too easily because you will get there soon.
If you 'fall off the wagon' for a day or two... make sure you get back to your new habit and get back on track.
Try different strategies.
Just like when you are teaching a child to walk, talk or eat on his or her own, you should try different strategies until you find one that works for you.
It is not easy to find a perfect match, at once, so just try and try until you succeed. Once you get the right combination, maintain it and see where it goes from there.
Make the whole thing fun.
For every good habit you get to maintain, you have to design a reward system that will make the bout more interesting.
It is not easy to go against the grain and to try something new and unnatural to you, but you can make it fun by giving yourself rewards.
... but be Accountable!
To make this more effective, you can ask a friend or family member to oversee the entire process and he or she will be the judge that will determine whether or not you deserve a prize.

I personally gained HUGE benefit from the Tony Robbins 30 day Personal Power II coaching program.
It literally changed my life, my health, my income... it is very powerful to use as a tool when you are first learning How to Balance Mind Body Spirit as his program is very comprehensive about covering the steps to achieve your goals in all aspects of your dreams, while maintaining a genuine balance.
Tony also reformatted this information into the shorter 7 day pack for those people who didn't feel ready to make a 30 day commitment to change their life for the better ...
(That just cracks me up - "I want to be rich and famous but if it can't happen in 7 days I can't be bothered" - ROFLMAO!)
But he was clever enough with "Anthony Robbins - Get the Edge" to include the original PPII as well in the pack, so that once the initial 7 day Coaching is completed, then the smart people would continue working on their Mind Body Spirit balance and Life skills development for the rest of the month.
He is very clear that even when you learn how to develop good habits, without this core balance in your life, it does not matter what you achieve, you will not be TRULY happy or healthy or abundant... you will instead always be letting one of these areas down and feel 'out of whack' because of it.
Love this personal coaching program for life change via better thinking and developing good habits, and can't recommend it enough!
I must get around to posting more about the changes in my life from this program on my "About Us" page sometime. The improvements in life and abundance was and still are jaw-dropping.
