hCG Diet Results – Is it Effective?


Many people may be skeptical about this form of weight loss, but the hCG diet results have shown that the plan does indeed work. Developed in the 1950’s by Dr. A.T.W. Simeons, the hCG diet relies on the hormone and a special, limiting eating plan to lose unwanted fat in a short period of time.

In order to be successful with this diet plan, users must stick to a strict 500 calorie a day maximum. Going over this amount can mean that the diet will not work as well as it could.

There is a food list available that provides you with a number of meats, vegetables, and fruits you can consume.

Be sure to stick to serving sizes, and track the foods you eat so that you do not exceed the 500 calories.

Along with the calorie restriction, there is a supplement you must take to get proper hCG diet results.

This supplement can be administered through injections of oral drops. Both have the same effectiveness, so the form you give yourself is really up to you.

Dr. Simeons used the injections back when he studied obesity and used the hCG diet for his own patients.

However, thanks to medical science, the hormone can be taken with just a few drops of liquid underneath the tongue.

In most, if not all, of the cases were the hCG diet results were not satisfactory is where it was not properly followed.

It is important that you adhere to the diet and take the appropriate dosage of the hormone for the diet technique to work effectively.

Taking the incorrect dosage is also the only cases where side effects have become apparent.

Though many people may read the 500 calorie restriction and feel that they could not do it, it really isn’t that difficult.

Many users of the hCG diet claim that the hormone suppresses your appetite so that you never feel hungry.

It also boosts your metabolism, which is the key to success with this dieting method.

Those that have tried the hCG diet have also seen success even after they have gone off the diet.

This is likely to be due to the fact that the hormone does such as good job on increasing your metabolism that it does not slow back down after you stop administering it.

This is one of the few diets out there that will allow you to keep the weight off once you have lost it. In some cases, you can continue to lose even without the hormone.
