There is a lot of buzz going on at the moment regarding the hCG diet. Though it was first created in 1954 by Dr. Simeons, it hasn’t really been made known to the public until a book called “The Weight Loss Cure.”
The author of the book personally used the diet plan himself, and lost 45 pounds while on it.
The diet contains a combination of injections and foods that work together to suppress hunger and boost your metabolism.
The hCG food list should be followed precisely in order for the diet plan to have its maximum benefit on your weight loss.
There are various phases that you will go through in the diet, but most of the foods will remain the same.

It is important that you eat the right foods during each phase for the hCG diet to work.
The meat and vegetables are 3.5 ounces (100 grams) per serving.
It is important to note that the various foods on the food list will have different calorie amounts.
Therefore, you will need to learn how many calories a serving of each food will give you so you do not go over.
You have a lot of freedom to eat whatever you want, so long as you exercise proper portion control.
If you like a lot of vegetables and fruits, you may find that this diet is not hard to follow.
There are many hCG diet recipes that can be found online to keep you in your 500 calories maximum allowance every day.
Eating the proper foods can be a downfall for anyone on a diet.
They may have the urge to sneak a cookie, or just have a bite or two of ice cream.
However, you must follow the hCG food list appropriately for this plan to work.
Failure to stay at the 500 calorie limit will mean that the method will not work as well as it could for you.
