Essential Oils To Take The Sting Out Of Bug Bites


Insect bites and stings can be annoying. They can also be itchy as well as painful when they swell up. Most bug bites do swell because of your body's reaction from the bite.

These bites itch because your body releases histamine in response to the bug breaking through your top layer of skin.
