Do Tall People Live Longer?

Tall people live longer because many of them are actively engaged in rigorous physical activity and enjoy a better standard of life.

Many tall people go on to become athletes and because of the demands placed on their bodies, during workouts and games, they stay in top form physically.

Because they’re taller, they can carry more weight and still be healthy, too.

But there’s another reason besides exercising that helps taller people to get more years from life.

They usually eat a lot healthier and take vitamins or supplements for better health.

They know how to give their body every age fighting boost that they can give.

People with a height advantage are usually very well educated and their socioeconomic status is good.

They’re also well informed about the latest health benefits on the market whether it’s a diagnostic test or a pill that’s just come out.

They keep up with the ever changing medical news and are quick to get to the doctor when they’re sick, thus catching many diseases in the early stages.

They tend to be proactive in many areas of their lives.

Most are very well organized professionally and personally.

Tall people live longer because they usually have jobs that they love and since fifty to sixty percent of life is spent earning a living, that happiness translates into a sense of well being.

They’re not as likely to feel intimidated by situations that aren’t favorable to them at work or in social settings.

They also tend to see life from a positive point of view rather than a negative one and will tend to avoid people that drag them down.

Because they know what they want out of life, they don’t sit around and wait for it to happen, they make things happen by setting into motion the goals they’ve set for themselves.

They remain focused until they’ve accomplished what they set out to achieve.

Because they’re goal oriented, taller people are better at managing stress.

When a problem arises that’s stressful, taller people will plan out a solution to get rid of the stress quickly and efficiently.

Tall people live longer too because they choose to live in the here and now.

They make sure that they enjoy the days they have right now.

Rather than focusing their attention on what they can do someday or what they might have someday, they keep their eyes on what they can accomplish today and what they have in their lives that brings them happiness now.
